Lens cap
With the advent of the new Coolpix 900s (which comes with a lenscap)
this  will
appeal only to those pioneers who bought a Coolpix 900 and tore
their hair out trying to protect their lovely Nikkor lens from the
elements and the tongues of curious dogs!
Before I bought the 28mm
to 37mm lens ring I used a surgically manipulated 35mm plastic
film carton, as described in various places but this one springs
to mind - Feather River
Canyon News.
Since buying my lens ring, however,
a trip to a nearby photographic shop saw me leave with a Hama 37mm lens cap. Perfect! |
