| 1. | The software may not be sold or re-licensed without prior permission.

| 2. | Users of the software do so at their own risk. While the software has already undergone testing and is released in good faith, users must be aware that there may still be errors and bugs in the software and users are strongly advised to make copies/backups of all important files on their systems prior to using the software.

| 3. | All consequential damage and loss caused through the use of the software or otherwise is entirely the responsibility of the user and not the software author.
|
| 4. | Users should inform the author of any bugs and errors found in the software. Send email to FilFolio@letocha.com.
|
| 5. | The IPR in the software remains at all times with T F Letocha.
|
| 6. | Back-engineering or decompilation of the software is not permitted.
|
|
| 7. | The different license types give you different rights:

| 7.1 | Registered License -
|
| 7.1.1 | You may use the software unhindered for any purpose not contradictory to 1. to 6. above.
|
| 7.1.2 | The Registered license is valid for the current major version of the software.
|
|
| 7.2 | Evaluation License -
|
| 7.2.1 | You may use the software unhindered for any purpose not contradictory to 1. to 6. above.
|
| 7.2.2 | The Evaluation license is valid only for the period specified at the time of issue of the license.
|
| 7.2.3 | At expiry the license reverts to a Demonstration License, see 7.3 below.
|

| 7.3 | Demonstration License -
|
| 7.3.1 | You may use the software in its limited form for any purpose not contradictory to 1. to 6. above.
|
| 7.3.2 | The Demonstration license does not expire.
