By using this software you accept that it makes changes to your Extensis Portfolio™ catalogs which may not be what you intended.
The changes happen in two stages:
(a)
First, you create new custom fields in the catalog(s) of your choosing.
(b)
Then you get FilFolio™ to insert data into those new fields.
Therefore, before you use this software, make copies/backups of all files that are important to you so that, should FilFolio™ unexpectedly do something you didn't want, you can restore to the original files.
