At some time in the future you may add more images to a Portfolio™ catalog, so what must you do to get the metadata into the catalog too?
A quick way is to catalog your new images into a new Portfolio™ gallery and then run FilFolio™ on that gallery. FilFolio™ should show your new gallery as the current one in the Information Pane. Then just click All Items and press the Start Processing button.
Another method is, once you've added the new images to the catalog, select them and then run FilFolio™. In the Information Pane ensure that the current catalog/gallery is the one containing your new images and then click on Selected Items Only. Then all you have to do is click on the Start Processing button and the metadata from your new images will be inserted into your catalog.
You could of course use FilFolio™ to process the whole catalog again (as opposed to just the new items) but that could take a long time if the catalog has many images in it.
